Terms & Returns

All our items are sold with a strict 14 day money back guarantee. If you receive your item and are unhappy with your purchase you can return it within 14 days from invoice date for a refund.Items may only be returned UNUSED and in the original packaging.

Please do not under any circumstances return an item to us until we have discussed the return process to you in person. We will not accept any goods that are sent without our consent. This will force the carrier to return it back to you if there is a return address label affixed.

Please allow up to 28 days to receive your refund if approved

Returns should be sent to the following address with your contact details and order number included. We recommend using an insured courier so that you will be covered if the item were to be lost or damaged in the post. If an item is found to be faulty you will be refunded for your postage costs up to a maximum of £9.99 per shipment & £25.00 for model codes LP001,LP002 & LP003 due to there size. If the goods are RETURNED NOT WANTED then the customer is responsible for the returns delivery costs WE WILL REFUND YOUR ORIGINAL INVOICE TOTAL, ALL RETURNS MUST ACCOMPANIED WITH A RETURNS FORM this can be found in our shipping & returns page

By purchasing from The Goodies Mart Store you are entering into a legally binding contract and the following terms and conditions apply:

1. Please check your item BEFORE USE. to ensure all parts (if required) are in a proper condition and are present in the package

2. The Seller warrants that the Goods will at the time of delivery correspond to the description given by the Seller Except where the Buyer is dealing as a consumer (as defined in the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 Section 12) all other warranties conditions or terms relating to fitness for purpose merchantability or condition of the Goods and whether implied by statute or common law or otherwise are excluded

3. If you believe you have a faulty item please contact us before returning for details. no goods will be accepted back unless accompanied by a returns form

4. We are unable to accept returns for items that have been damaged by incorrect use, we will return the item to our supplier for the item to be examined, it there is a fault then a replacement will be offered, please ensure all instructions are read before use.

5. Any item that is returned to us used and found to be not faulty or not covered by the warranty will be subject to a £10 admin fee. You will also need to pay the postage if you require the item to be sent back to you.

6. Please note all specification and colours on our products are subject to change without notice. All photo's used on this website are are for guidance only and the actual product may vary slightly from the displayed photo.

7. Where the Buyer accepts or has been deemed to have accepted any Goods then the Seller shall have no liability whatever to the Buyer in respect of those Goods

8. The Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted Goods 24 hours after delivery to the Buyer.

9. All products come with our suppliers syoT guarantee We ourselves have warranty on all our products from our suppliers so have no reason to be biased with warranty issues.

10. All our products have theCE/EN71 certificates and the Lion Mark.

11 . The England & Wales law is the applicable law.

12. The Goodies Mart Push & Pedal Toy Store reserve the right to change any prices or details on our site

13. Although there is no minimum order The Goodies Mart reserve the right to decline orders under the value of £50.00.

14. Shipping: Please note that if Free UK Mainland shipping is offered this is for UK Mainland only and excludes the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle Of Wight & Scottish Highlands

15. Please Note: The Goodies Mart cannot be held responsible for any loss of the goods if the customer requests the delivery driver (Courier or Royal Mail) to leave any parcel in a safe location and the parcel is not signed for upon delivery.
